We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks at once.

This role is perfect for someone who is warm, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients in person and over the phone. If you are a great team player who can easily connect with others and keep things running smoothly at the front desk, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly, professional manner

• Answer and transfer phone calls

• Take messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct person

• Assist Design Consultants with scheduling appointments

• Provide basic point-of-sale support, including simple sales transactions

• Check out samples to clients

• Offer basic information about our services and help pair clients with the appropriate Design Consultant

• Perform basic front desk upkeep and light administrative tasks, such as:

  • Printing work orders

  • Restocking supplies

  • General front desk organization

Requirements

• Proficient with computers and comfortable using multiple apps and programs at the same time

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Comfortable talking with a wide variety of people

• Strong multitasking skills

• Team-oriented and dependable

Schedule

We are looking for 1–2 part-time team members. Scheduling may range from 3 days per week to 5 days per week, with ideal hours of 10:00 AM to 2:30 or 3:00 PM. 

Saturday availability would be a plus.
