We know how important it is to select just the right fabric, rug or wallpaper for your home decor project! That’s why we offer a generous sample loan program to all of our customers, free of charge. Borrow as many of our samples as you’d like for up to a week and get a feel for them in your space. Once you’re ready, we’ll take care of all the details.

By participating in this program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions and understand that they are responsible for returning the samples in good condition and within the specified time frame.

Terms & Conditions:

• Loan limits vary per sample. Our largest fabric swatches may be borrowed for 24 hours, while most of our hanging fabric samples, fabric and wallpaper books, and rugs may be borrowed for up to a week. Please check with a Design Consultant for details at the time of checkout!

• We require a credit card to be placed on file at the time of checkout.

• Samples must be returned in their original condition within the allotted time, as specified at checkout.

• Failure to return samples in their original condition or within the allotted time or in their original condition may result in the customer’s card on file being charged as follows: the price of one full yard of each borrowed fabric (for fabric samples), the cost of a sample book (for wallpaper and fabric books), or the price of a 2x3 rug (for rug samples).

• Samples may be returned in person or shipped to our stores at the borrower’s expense. If you choose to ship the samples back to us, we recommend tracking and insurance. Please return samples to: u-fab interiors, 7921 West Broad Street, Richmond VA 23294
